Directly own the architecture, implementation, launch, and operation of high-impact initiatives
Guide important design decisions regarding security, financial controls, reliability, and data quality

Advance engineering standards for building with AI, including agentic workflows and telemetry
Work across backend, full-stack, and big-data systems to translate ambiguous needs into durable technical systems
Raise technical capability through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring

Significant professional engineering experience with sustained staff-level impact as an individual contributor
Ability to reason across a full-stack application from UX to backend services and integrations
Strong data-engineering judgment across analytical modeling, pipelines, orchestration, and scale
Proven track record of designing, building, and operating consequential systems
Experience leading technical decisions and cross-team initiatives through influence
Strong communication skills with both engineers and non-technical partners

Experience building internal products, developer platforms, or analytics platforms
Experience with LLM applications, durable agents, AI evaluations, or MCPs
Domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, accounting, procurement, or ERP systems
