Tech Lead EAM/GMAO

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities for all project aspects in relation to clients, project management, and functional actors
• Lead and supervise a realization team, including work organization and workload management
• Participate in architecture and technical activities including studies, design, documentation, and testing
• Implement industrial processes and best practices for design, development, and configuration management
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to junior consultants

Requirements

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in software integration projects within the EAM/GMAO domain
• At least 4 years of experience in a Tech Lead role
• Mastery of EAM/GMAO solutions such as IBM Maximo, Carl Software, or Infor EAM
• Proficiency in databases (SQL, ORACLE), REST APIs, and ERP integration
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent
• Fluent English and strong autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IoT, predictive AI, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies
