Tech Lead - Digital Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital products and customer-facing experiences across web, email, and IVAs
• Partner with product, UX, and creative teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution activities
• Manage delivery progress, risks, and coordination across engineering, QA, and DevOps teams
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders
• Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native development
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or web application development
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Engineering Leadership role
• Proven experience leading distributed or globally aligned engineering teams
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools or LLM-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing platforms or customer experience solutions
• Experience working with enterprise clients in consulting or agency environments
• Exposure to headless CMS platforms or composable architectures
• Relevant cloud or technology certifications
