Responsibilities

• Validate that best practice standards are applied and impact studies are conducted
• Provide leadership to challenge teams transversally and propose appropriate solutions
• Contribute to the reduction of technical debt
• Participate in the definition and implementation of technical solutions (e.g., POC)
• Coordinate delivery with other entities across all environments
• Guide development providers in increasing maturity in DEV practices
• Lead release plan reviews including environment occupation, application versioning, and delivery
• Assist the tech team in implementing external flows in collaboration with OPS
• Study long-term strategies for bringing hosting and code in-house

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science with a specialization in architecture or application development
• At least 5 years of significant experience in development, Tech Lead, or Architect roles
• Strong technical appetite for SSO, Open ID, Open Digital, and API services
• Good knowledge of network infrastructures
• Strong communication, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Highly adaptable mindset with a focus on supporting teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scalable, resilient, and secure software solution development
• Ability to participate in recruitment, R&D, and technical writing
