Tech Lead Data Engineering & BI

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of the data platform
• Define data engineering standards and best practices
• Coordinate Data Engineering teams and serving/analytics components
• Ensure alignment between ingestion, processing, serving, and analytics
• Support technological and architectural solution decisions
• Guarantee platform scalability, performance, and robustness
• Collaborate with integration, governance, and observability teams
• Ensure technical alignment with business requirements and initiative roadmaps
• Participate in technical workshops and solution definition sessions

Requirements

• Strong hands-on technical component combined with technical leadership capacity
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Previous experience in Data Platforms, Data Engineering, or Modern Data Stack projects
• Experience in cloud contexts and scalable architectures
