Tech Lead- Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Develop and establish Platform Cybersecurity Concepts and requirements for multi-divisional Base SW Platform projects.
• Create proofs of concept for integrating 3rd party AUTOSAR security components (e.g., Vector, IFX, ETAS) into non-AUTOSAR environments.
• Define component selection and integration strategies, including supplier identification and selection.
• Perform security analyses, including static code analysis verification, vulnerability analysis, fuzz testing, and penetration testing.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support the BU Cybersecurity Manager and the Product Security Operations Center (PSOC) team.
• Conduct cybersecurity technical risk assessments and provide recommendations for software and gate approvals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in embedded C, C++, and automotive protocols within a software cybersecurity context.
• Engineering degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in cybersecurity for the automotive industry, industrial technology, or similar business fields.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations, including UNECE R155, CRA, RED DA, ISO-21434, and ISO-24882.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively in an international environment.
