Tech Lead — AI-Enabled Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of web and mobile products for global clients
• Architect scalable systems, including database design, API contracts, and frontend structure
• Use AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, v0, and Claude daily to drive team productivity
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI features into production-grade products
• Review code, set engineering standards, and mentor a team of 3–6 engineers
• Translate business requirements from clients into technical decisions and roadmaps
• Own delivery timelines, technical risk management, and overall product quality

Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional engineering experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead or senior engineering role
• Proven track record of leading the delivery of at least one full product
• Proficiency with AI coding tools and a drive to implement them within a team
• Strong expertise in system design and software architecture
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated products
• Hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native for mobile development
• Prior experience working in a startup or product engineering environment
• Domain expertise in healthcare, fintech, or logistics
• Strong GitHub profile or active open-source contributions
