Tech Lead – AI & Automation

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven tools and workflow automation solutions to reduce manual effort and increase throughput
• Architect and implement automation pipelines by integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party AI platforms
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI/automation platforms and frameworks to accelerate innovation
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers within the Tech Innovation Lab, ensuring high-quality code and scalable architectures
• Collaborate with operations and business stakeholders to translate process bottlenecks into automation opportunities

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or applied AI roles
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration
• Experience building API-driven workflows, micro-services, and automation pipelines
• Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization, and scalable deployment practices
• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with RPA or workflow tools
• Experience handling structured/unstructured data or image/media processing pipelines
• Experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams
