About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to French- and English-speaking users
- Diagnose incidents and investigate root causes for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and track IT equipment lifecycle including laptops and peripherals
- Prepare, deploy, and maintain Windows and Apple workstations
- Maintain accurate documentation of assets, procedures, and incidents
- Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of campus IT infrastructure
- Participate in IT projects, tool evolutions, and system upgrades
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Apple environments
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
- Understanding of Microsoft command-line tools
- Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Ping, Traceroute, FTP, SNMP, Telnet)
- Proficiency in technical English and French
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Service-oriented mindset and organizational skills
