About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to French- and English-speaking users
  • Diagnose incidents and investigate root causes for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and track IT equipment lifecycle including laptops and peripherals
  • Prepare, deploy, and maintain Windows and Apple workstations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assets, procedures, and incidents
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of campus IT infrastructure
  • Participate in IT projects, tool evolutions, and system upgrades

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 and Apple environments
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Understanding of Microsoft command-line tools
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Ping, Traceroute, FTP, SNMP, Telnet)
  • Proficiency in technical English and French
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Service-oriented mindset and organizational skills
