Tech Director, Post Silicon Validation

Responsibilities

• Define and lead post-silicon validation strategy for AI SoCs
• Drive cross-domain debug and issue resolution across silicon, firmware, and OS
• Promote collaboration between design, software, and validation teams
• Advance automation using emulation, prototyping, and large-scale infrastructure
• Support continuous improvement in validation methods and analysis
• Provide progress updates and risk assessments to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
• 20+ years in silicon, system, or platform validation
• 10+ years in technical leadership roles
• Proven experience in post-silicon validation and bring-up for complex SoCs (AI, GPU, or CPU)
• Strong understanding of SoC architecture, coherency protocols, and power management
• Expertise in debug tools, DFT infrastructure, and validation automation
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Linux-based environments
