Tech Data Delivery Ecosystem Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for technical data representatives, programme managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Simplify complex technical updates into clear communications for stakeholders, especially during crisis situations.
• Monitor project roadmaps to identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks before they impact publication.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with third-party vendors and subcontractors, monitoring delivery quality and contractual adherence.
• Coordinate the implementation of changes from upstream projects to ensure minimal disruption to technical teams.
• Lead the development, organization, and testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure operational recovery during disruptions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and steering committees to align expectations and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or account management within a technical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and lead during crises.
• Expertise in risk management and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate project dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
• Ability to manage external partnerships and escalate issues with service providers effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct knowledge of the Technical Data ecosystem is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing complex vendor and subcontractor relationships.
