Responsibilities
- Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems to meet regulatory and client standards
- Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members
- Support the Team Leader with workflow distribution and effective use of staff resources
- Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls to improve operational efficiency
- Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal business impact
- Facilitate discussions and reach decisions regarding operational processes
Requirements
- College or University degree and/or relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Functional industry knowledge within financial services
