About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
  • Provide accurate resolutions to customer issues
  • Manage and close calls independently

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US night shifts
  • Strong convincing and sales skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
