In the perSe Dienstleistungen GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the Contilia Group, almost all services related to hospital operations are provided for all facilities in the group. Around 700 employees work under one roof in this independent company.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership: Lead a team with clarity, appreciation, and foresight
• Quality assurance: Ensure services meet customer requirements precisely
• Documentation: Document, optimize, and keep service records up to date
• Planning: Plan shifts, resources, and assignments in case of substitutions
• Training: Conduct service and hygiene training sessions

Requirements

• Training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, or housekeeping (preferred)
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Basic commercial knowledge and comfort with numbers
• Empathy and experience in employee leadership
• Professional appearance, service mindset, and communication skills
• Driver's license (Class B)
• Measles vaccination
