About the role
Responsibilities
- Technical, organizational, economic, and personnel responsibility for medical technology services
- Management of external service providers
- Building a team and planning personnel resources
- Evaluation and documentation of device testing (MTK, STK, DGUV V3, calibrations, etc.)
- Controlling external service providers
- Advising management on cost and process optimization, maintenance, and investments
- Negotiating repair, service, and framework agreements
- Ensuring economic efficiency and legal compliance within the clinics
Requirements
- Degree in medical technology or comparable professional qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Extensive knowledge of legal regulations for medical devices and systems
- Experience in building and customizing a CAFM system in medical technology
- Network within the German medical technology market
- Experience in decentralized personnel management
- Independent and responsible way of working
