Teamleitung FSQA

Responsibilities

• Lead the FSQA team, including QA/QC and sanitation supply
• Develop, implement, and ensure all food safety and quality assurance processes
• Manage daily FSQA operations and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor, analyze, and report FSQA performance using KPIs and trend analysis
• Evaluate quality deviations, conduct root cause analyses, and implement CAPAs
• Coordinate escalations, food safety incidents, and recalls with stakeholders
• Collaborate with production, intralogistics, supply chain, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in food safety and QA within the food industry
• Proven leadership experience in a dynamic production environment
• Deep knowledge of food safety standards and certifications (e.g., HACCP, GFSI)
• Experience preparing and conducting external audits
• Analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Fluent English and good German skills (B1/B2 level)
