Responsibilities

• Manage personnel planning, leadership, and development within the team
• Act as a competent point of contact for residents and their relatives to ensure optimal care and satisfaction
• Monitor and guarantee quality management with a keen eye for detail
• Coordinate collaboration within our interdisciplinary network

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachkraft)
• Strong organizational talent and the ability to work independently and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SIS (Strukturierte Informationssammlung)
• Experience with care plans (Maßnahmenpläne)
• Proficiency with Medifox
