Responsibilities

• Provide technical and personnel leadership for a team of approximately six employees in tendering, awarding, scheduling, and cost planning
• Shape project quality and cost planning (BKP, cost estimates, cost forecasts) and develop the department strategically
• Take overall responsibility for tendering and awarding processes according to SIA standards
• Manage and validate schedule planning across all project phases
• Advise and support project managers on cost and tendering-related issues
• Develop standards, methods, and processes within the AVA environment
• Actively participate in acquisitions and competitions regarding costs and strategy

Requirements

• Completed education in construction (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or similar)
• Several years of experience in tendering, awarding, and cost planning in Switzerland
• Proficiency with BKP, SIA phases, and common AVA tools
• Initial experience in team leadership or technical management
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
