Teamleiter Technischer Innendienst

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical internal service team both professionally and personally
• Coordinate technician scheduling and deployment in collaboration with the dispatch department
• Optimize service processes, route planning, and order processing workflows
• Oversee spare parts management, including inventory control and warehouse processes
• Manage internal and external workshop repairs, including cost estimate approvals and documentation
• Monitor technician reports and ensure correct, timely billing of repair services
• Handle customer complaints regarding repairs and billing with a solution-oriented approach
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• Technical vocational training or equivalent professional background
• Experience in technical internal service, customer service, or a similar field
• Previous leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Structured, reliable, and organized working style with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
• High IT affinity; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience in the dental industry is a plus
