Teamleiter Technik Verpackung

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical operational readiness of packaging lines and associated auxiliary equipment
• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to packaging experts and mechanics
• Optimize plant availability to ensure production meets time, quantity, quality, and cost targets
• Guarantee compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
• Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance measures both internally and through external partners
• Manage spare parts inventory and responsibility
• Initiate and lead technical improvement projects using continuous improvement (KVP) methods
• Create and maintain work instructions and conduct necessary training
• Manage external service providers and provide 3rd level support for technical issues

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister), ideally in the metal industry or a comparable field
• Multi-year professional experience in an industrial environment
• Long-term experience in a leadership role
• Strong technical understanding of production plants and machinery
• Proficient knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (both functional and disciplinary)
• Highly organized, reliable, and responsible working style
• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
