Teamleiter Physikalisches Labor

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and disciplinary leadership to laboratory personnel
• Ensure smooth, safe, and quality-oriented laboratory operations
• Oversee proper sampling, preparation, and processing of samples
• Ensure analyses are performed reliably, according to standards, and on schedule
• Create, maintain, and continuously develop work instructions, testing plans, and target value tables
• Analyze quality deviations and implement appropriate corrective measures
• Manage testing equipment, including maintenance protocols and calibration instructions
• Conduct training sessions regarding analytics, quality, standards, and occupational safety
• Ensure full and compliant documentation according to EN 197-2 and DIN EN ISO 9001

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Building Materials Technology, or long-term experience as a building materials tester
• Extensive experience in cement or building materials laboratories
• In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and norms
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and testing equipment management
• Structured and precise working style regarding reports and testing plans
• Ability to prepare and communicate complex quality data clearly
