Teamleiter Logistik

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and continuous development
• Act as the central point of contact for both operational and personnel-related issues
• Coordinate and monitor daily operational workflows to meet quality and volume standards
• Create daily personnel deployment plans and monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours
• Collaborate closely with other team leaders and report to the Shift Manager or Workflow Manager

Requirements

• Initial experience in leading or coordinating employees (career changers are welcome) or sound knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Strong hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust within a team
• High level of team orientation and a good sense for both people and operational processes
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken); Dutch language skills are a plus
