Teamleiter Lagerlogistik

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach temporary staff, including shift planning and task distribution to achieve KPIs
• Manage daily warehouse operations and optimize resource use to meet production goals
• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct audits to ensure food safety, occupational health, and safety standards
• Handle operational challenges and escalate issues to the Operations Lead when necessary
• Lead or support ad-hoc projects and coordinate service and support functions

Requirements

• Completed training or degree in logistics
• Experience in warehouse logistics, production, or distribution centers
• Proficiency in using software and system solutions
• Experience in advanced data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, or Tableau
• Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level)
