About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach temporary staff, including shift planning and task distribution to achieve KPIs
- Manage daily warehouse operations and optimize resource use to meet production goals
- Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct audits to ensure food safety, occupational health, and safety standards
- Handle operational challenges and escalate issues to the Operations Lead when necessary
- Lead or support ad-hoc projects and coordinate service and support functions
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in logistics
- Experience in warehouse logistics, production, or distribution centers
- Proficiency in using software and system solutions
- Experience in advanced data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, or Tableau
- Structured working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent German (C1 level) and good English (B2 level)
