Responsibilities

• Direct leadership and supervision of fulfillment, inbound, and outbound warehouse teams of up to 15 employees
• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless order flow and efficient movement of goods
• Onboard, train, and mentor warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and quality standards
• Act as the on-site expert for mobile Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning systems
• Monitor team performance and assist the Operations Manager in resolving bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and occupational safety guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment, ideally in e-commerce or consumer electronics
• Initial leadership experience as a team lead or in staff training
• Practical knowledge of mobile WMS, handheld scanners, and digital inventory tracking
• Deep understanding of high-frequency inbound, picking, packing, and outbound fulfillment processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team
• High attention to detail regarding inventory accuracy and workplace ergonomics
• Fluent German (minimum B2) and English
• Forklift license (Flurförderzeugschein) is a strong advantage
