Teamleiter Instandhaltung, RME Team

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technical maintenance team during assigned shifts
• Ensure equipment and systems are operated according to the highest safety standards
• Monitor equipment performance through visual inspections, condition-based monitoring, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure efficient package processing
• Support the continuous improvement of systems and the standardization of processes across the EU network
• Utilize tools such as SCADA to monitor processes and ensure peak performance

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (IHK/HWK recognized) or an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
• Additional qualification as an Industrial Master, Craft Master, or State-Certified Technician, or several years of relevant professional experience
• Practical experience in team leadership
• Experience in automation and the maintenance of conveyor systems
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of PLC-based control systems and legal compliance requirements
• Experience using computer-controlled maintenance management systems for proactive and reactive maintenance planning
