Responsibilities

• Professional leadership of the team
• Ensuring efficient receivables management through organization, control, and monitoring of accounts receivable
• Implementing measures to minimize loss of receivables
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
• Performing active telephone collection and out-of-court collection for private and business customers
• Participating in day-to-day operations
• Creating reports and analyses regarding receivable structures
• Maintaining close cooperation with other teams

Requirements

• Initial leadership experience
• Professional experience in customer service, receivables management, and debt collection
• Strong communication skills for goal-oriented and solution-oriented customer negotiations
• Ability to act in a friendly yet assertive manner
• Teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience using SAP R/3 and/or S/4
• Independent and systematic way of working
