About the role
Responsibilities
- Professional leadership of the team
- Ensuring efficient receivables management through organization, control, and monitoring of accounts receivable
- Implementing measures to minimize loss of receivables
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
- Performing active telephone collection and out-of-court collection for private and business customers
- Participating in day-to-day operations
- Creating reports and analyses regarding receivable structures
- Maintaining close cooperation with other teams
Requirements
- Initial leadership experience
- Professional experience in customer service, receivables management, and debt collection
- Strong communication skills for goal-oriented and solution-oriented customer negotiations
- Ability to act in a friendly yet assertive manner
- Teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience using SAP R/3 and/or S/4
- Independent and systematic way of working
