Responsibilities

• Support and represent the department management in leading the department and personnel planning
• Provide competent advice and service to gastronomy customers regarding the food product range
• Ensure product flow and implementation of product presentation
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, Chef, or Restaurant Specialist)
• Leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience in retail and passion for food products
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Customer orientation and enthusiasm for retail
• Ability to work in a two-shift system
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
