Teamleiter Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to your team
• Take full responsibility for performance and quality within your assigned object portfolio
• Manage revenue, costs, and overall results for the portfolio
• Plan and deploy internal and external service resources
• Optimize existing contracts and support the acquisition of new business
• Manage properties in line with client objectives regarding profitability, liquidity, and value preservation
• Ensure compliance with legal, tariff, and internal company guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Technician, Master Craftsman, or Business Administrator)
• Several years of professional experience, including multi-year leadership experience in a comparable role
• Proficiency in using CAFM software
• Basic knowledge of monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Result-oriented working style with strong assertiveness
• Service-oriented and customer-focused demeanor
• High level of commitment and willingness to travel
• Fluency in German (business level)
• Valid Class B driving license
