Responsibilities

• Support and represent the department management in leading the delivery department and personnel planning
• Ensure punctual and complete delivery for gastronomy customers
• Coordinate internal and external delivery process steps from customer order to route planning
• Optimize and further develop processes based on customer needs
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade or logistics (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, or Logistics Specialist) or equivalent practical experience
• Ideally experience in a comparable position in dispatching and logistics
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under stress
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
