About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration team and facility management of the wholesale market
  • Manage personnel planning and employee development
  • Monitor internal workflows, deadlines, and compliance with legal and company processes
  • Ensure implementation of internal guidelines and standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
  • Support personnel administration including time tracking and master data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in organization, administration, or HR
  • Professional experience in a comparable administrative or management position
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and structured working skills
