About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration team and facility management of the wholesale market
- Manage personnel planning and employee development
- Monitor internal workflows, deadlines, and compliance with legal and company processes
- Ensure implementation of internal guidelines and standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers
- Support personnel administration including time tracking and master data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in organization, administration, or HR
- Professional experience in a comparable administrative or management position
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and structured working skills
