About the role

About the Company

At the Securitas Operations Center (SOC) in Geldrop, everything revolves around safety. Our alarm center is one of the most advanced in the Netherlands, monitoring the security of private and business clients 24/7.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and guiding employees
  • Advising the management team
  • Involvement in the implementation of new procedures and techniques
  • Coordinating with colleagues from different departments within Securitas
  • Supporting planning tasks during absences or holidays
  • Conducting customer conversations and maintaining customer contact

Requirements

  • MBO-4 work and thinking level
  • Several years of demonstrable leadership experience
  • Experience with HR processes and employee development
  • Ability to focus on projects and processes
  • Affinity with a highly digitized environment
  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to perform on-call duties (piketdiensten)
  • Experience in security or willingness to develop in this field
  • Flexibility

Benefits

  • Salary between € 3036,15 and € 4136,32 gross per month
  • On-call service once every 5 weeks
  • 24 vacation days based on full-time employment
  • One-year contract with the possibility of an indefinite contract
