Teamleder for Projektcontrolling

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized team of five specialists ensuring economic management of DI's projects
• Support project managers with budgeting, controlling, reporting, and compliance
• Develop workflows and strengthen the use of data and systems
• Implement improvements using D365 FO, Power BI, and AI tools
• Provide economic insight and advisory to project managers, leaders, and stakeholders
• Manage a small portfolio of projects personally
• Ensure uniform processes, strong controls, and compliance for grant-funded projects
• Utilize AI tools to automate tasks and improve decision-making processes

Requirements

• Experience with financial management, controlling, and reporting
• Experience in leadership or strong leadership competencies from a professional role
• Experience with project economics, preferably with grant-funded projects
• Interest in digitalization, process optimization, and new technologies like Copilot and ChatGPT
• Proficiency with systems and data, ideally D365 FO, Power BI, or Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from organizations working with grant-funded projects, foundations, NGOs, educational institutions, or business organizations
