Responsibilities

• Manage complex automated systems and perform value-added activities
• Ensure relevant production parameters and maintain quality and production standards
• Organize, assign, and guide employees based on operational needs
• Perform control and testing activities and initiate corrective measures for deviations
• Troubleshoot, report, and escalate system malfunctions
• Execute maintenance, repair, and setup processes for entire machines/systems
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement measures such as Lean and Kaizen
• Provide workplace-specific instruction to team members and ensure compliance with work instructions

Requirements

• Minimum of a 3-year specialized vocational training
• Proven knowledge of automated systems, processes, and products
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong German language skills
• Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with UVV (accident prevention regulations)
