Teamleader VVS

Responsibilities

• Act as the assignment manager for HVAC (VVS) and technical project management
• Drive projects from preliminary studies and early estimation to completion
• Coach and support junior colleagues
• Maintain close dialogue with customers and partners
• Perform operational technical work within projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC consultant, installation coordinator, or project manager
• Relevant university or civil engineering degree
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Ability to drive assignments independently with responsibility for quality and economy
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC inspections and commissioning
