Responsibilities

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and development for the Manufacturing Support team
• Ensure efficient and standardized administrative processes within manufacturing
• Take responsibility for the optimization and further development of SAP processes and master data
• Analyze, standardize, and continuously improve business processes in the production environment
• Lead and implement Operational Excellence and digitalization initiatives
• Develop KPI, reporting, and dashboard solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate closely with Production, IT, Data Analytics, and other relevant interfaces
• Support the automation and digitalization of existing processes
• Ensure high data quality and transparent reporting structures
• Lead cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Digital Process Management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in process management, Operational Excellence, SAP, or digitalization
• Experience in leadership within a line or matrix organization
• Experience in a production environment, ideally within the Pharma, Chemical, or Life Science industry
• Strong understanding of business processes and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in SAP as well as reporting and BI solutions is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
