Teamleader Press & Shear

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and organization of the Press & Shear department during the weekend shift.
• Ensure all activities are executed safely, with high quality, and within established budgets and standards.
• Lead team meetings, including 5-minute talks, and follow up on performance evaluations.
• Support the P&S Manager with both operational and strategic tasks.
• Plan and organize training sessions to promote employee polyvalence and professional growth.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Daily Management and Kaizen, to enhance safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of laser, bending, and pressing processes.
• Proven leadership talent with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
