About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize electrical maintenance interventions, including preparation, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Oversee the control, delivery, and follow-up of maintenance tasks to ensure correct completion.
- Collaborate closely with other internal departments and external suppliers.
- Support the development of team members to ensure high-quality service for customers.
- Contribute to the optimization of maintenance management and processes by providing feedback and lessons learned.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and environmental awareness to protect yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or Electricity.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations (panels, networks, VSD, rectifiers, and batteries).
- Proven experience with maintenance processes.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluency in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a significant advantage.
- Valid Driving License B and willingness to perform short-term assignments outside the Antwerp region.
