Teamleader Electrical Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Organize electrical maintenance interventions, including preparation, planning, coordination, and execution.
• Oversee the control, delivery, and follow-up of maintenance tasks to ensure correct completion.
• Collaborate closely with other internal departments and external suppliers.
• Support the development of team members to ensure high-quality service for customers.
• Contribute to the optimization of maintenance management and processes by providing feedback and lessons learned.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and environmental awareness to protect yourself and your colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or Electricity.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installations (panels, networks, VSD, rectifiers, and batteries).
• Proven experience with maintenance processes.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Fluency in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a significant advantage.
• Valid Driving License B and willingness to perform short-term assignments outside the Antwerp region.
