Teamleader AVOR & Produktionslogistik

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and development for the AVOR and production logistics team
• Ensure timely material availability for production processes
• Manage efficient order preparation and administrative production support
• Ensure smooth material flow throughout the production stages
• Optimize processes in material management, production logistics, and production planning
• Maintain data quality and manage relevant processes within SAP
• Collaborate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality Assurance
• Lead and participate in cross-departmental improvement and digitalization projects
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure compliance with GMP and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience in a production, supply chain, or logistics environment (ideally in pharma or chemical industries)
• Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
• Experience in production planning, order preparation, or logistics is an advantage
• Proficient knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Strong interest in process optimization, operational excellence, and digitalization
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Fluency in both German and English
