Teamlead Production Engineering and Processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement operations projects, ensuring defined goals are met during both launch and series production phases across the value chain
• Manage complex product introductions using an end-to-end approach, adhering to schedule, quality, and cost parameters
• Represent the Operations department within project teams and cross-functional processes
• Coach and train project teams in New Product Introduction (NPI) methods and promote continuous improvement processes
• Ensure the integration of quality requirements into all work processes and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory standards
• Identify training needs and ensure the necessary qualification of employees within the responsible area

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Project Lead, or Process Management)
• Strong expertise in process and project management methodologies
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, specifically ISO 13485 and MDR
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
