Teamlead Product - Campaign Engine

Responsibilities

• Build a completely new greenfield product from scratch, defining the vision and delivering the Campaign Engine for Retail Media Partners.
• Recruit, grow, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers and specialists.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end feature conception, planning, and team output.
• Steer development teams within an agile culture (SCRUM, Kanban) by organizing and moderating agile ceremonies.
• Work data-driven to derive actionable insights oriented towards customer needs and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics to build scalable and performant solutions.
• Translate stakeholder demands and commercial goals into actionable product roadmaps.
• Manage technical dependencies and triage operative issues to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management within a software development environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership, specifically leading cross-functional development teams.
• Proven experience working in agile environments alongside Developers, Data Scientists, and QA Managers.
• Deep understanding of technical systems, data flows, and functional dependencies.
• Experience in AdTech or Retail Media is highly preferred.
• Background in e-commerce or retail industries.
• Strong analytical, structured, and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical topics for business stakeholders.
• Experience in IT project management and leading cross-team initiatives.
