Teamlead Product - Campaign Engine

Responsibilities

• Build a completely new product from the ground up, defining and launching the Campaign Engine for Retail Media partners.
• Take full responsibility for team results and the end-to-end conception and planning of new features.
• Build and develop your team by recruiting ambitious engineers and product talent.
• Lead an experienced development team within an agile culture using SCRUM and Kanban.
• Work in a data-driven manner, using reports and analyses to drive product decisions and business success.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to develop scalable product solutions.
• Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders across Business, Tech, and Analytics.
• Translate stakeholder needs and commercial goals into clear, scalable product requirements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management within a software development environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional development teams.
• Proven experience working in agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Deep understanding of technical systems, data flows, and functional dependencies.
• Experience in AdTech or Retail Media is highly required.
• Background in E-commerce or retail sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business language.
• Analytical, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
