Teamlead GMP Production

Responsibilities

• Lead the team technically and ensure the highest GMP standards
• Responsible for the availability of materials, equipment, and the production environment
• Control in-process controls and make informed decisions
• Design GMP-compliant maintenance, cleaning, and changeover processes
• Proactively promote optimizations, qualifications, and team development

Requirements

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a GMP environment and working under cleanroom conditions
• Knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation and a responsible way of working
• Initial leadership experience and strong team and communication skills
• High reliability, independence, and very good German and English skills
