Teamlead Cluster Groups Organizer

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E Planning team and promote the implementation of strategic plans for the Meetings & Events department
• Manage general department organization and reporting
• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Event Planning team
• Organize events for 10 to 1,000 people across various industries
• Handle a wide range of events including kick-offs, workshops, conferences, and corporate celebrations
• Conduct site tours and menu tastings
• Monitor customer satisfaction during and after their stay
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets and ensuring quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in conferences and events management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Proven leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide professional recommendations
