Responsibilities
- Ensure catering and goods arrive with airline customers on time according to scheduling requirements
- Organize resources to deliver required activities for each shift
- Ensure team members understand tasks, work safely, and follow standard operating procedures
- Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and compliance in daily operations
- Ensure all work complies with safety, hygiene, quality standards, and transport regulatory requirements (DVSA/DVLA)
- Monitor production and service targets to ensure efficient delivery to required quality standards
