About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive and operational support to the UK GTM Leader, managing calendar, inbox, travel, expenses, and event logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for the UK GTM Leader, summarizing daily queries via Microsoft Teams or in person
- Lead coordination of UK GTM rhythm-of-business activities, including monthly meetings, quarterly meetings, and leadership offsites
- Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate meeting excellence by managing agendas, minutes, decision logs, and follow-up actions
- Partner with cross-functional teams including People, Finance, and Operations to resolve roadblocks
- Develop high-quality leadership materials, including presentations, briefing packs, and business updates
Requirements
- Commercial curiosity and a strategic mindset
- Strong ownership and bias for action with ability to work independently
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven stakeholder management and diplomacy skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality results on time
- Comfort switching between strategic and administrative activities
- Proficiency with AI-assisted writing and research tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot)
