About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
  • Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
  • Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
  • Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
  • Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler certification where applicable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant or customer service experience
