About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
- Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
- Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification where applicable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience
