Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Perform retail tasks including merchandise recovery, freight processing, and plan-o-gram execution
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes or markdowns
• Maintain the safety and well-being of poultry/birds as required

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull merchandise with equipment
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for entire shifts
• Availability for varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime
• Ability to work in a retail environment with moderate noise and varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
