Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions
• Operate cash registers and computers following established cash handling procedures
• Perform retail tasks including merchandise recovery, freight processing, and plan-o-gram execution
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment
• Perform janitorial duties and execute price changes or markdowns
• Handle and care for poultry/birds as required, including sanitizing holding tanks
• Operate store equipment such as forklifts, cardboard balers, and pallet jacks (age requirements apply)

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for entire shifts
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
