Team Member

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Customer Service by greeting customers, uncovering needs, and recommending product solutions
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Perform merchandising tasks including recovery, plan-o-gram execution, and price changes
• Assist with freight processes, merchandise assembly, and loading customer purchases
• Maintain store cleanliness through janitorial duties and organized displays
• Ensure the safety and well-being of poultry and maintain holding tanks
• Operate store equipment such as forklifts, cardboard balers, and pallet jacks (age requirements apply)

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for entire shifts
• Availability for varied hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Ability to work in a physical environment that includes standing on hard surfaces and handling poultry

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail experience
• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine care, or welding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities
