About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the store during periods when management is not present
- Support and guide team members to follow store operational and safety processes
- Assist customers and deliver friendly, helpful service
- Operate registers and handle transactions
- Stock shelves and maintain store presentation
- Support day-to-day store operations and priorities
Requirements
- Previous retail experience (preferred)
- A reliable and confident approach to work
- Ability to support and guide others on shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
- Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods
